  1. I am considering the Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP Expert? I had a kworld 878 Pro and had problems with it. So before I order I thought I would get some more opinions. I have looked through the reviews on this site but there are so many and there is no clear best card. I plan on watching TV and recording from a vcr. Any help is greatly appreciated.

  2. The Deluxe version of that card is probably the best $45 I ever spent!

  4. Which version of the ATI AIW do you suggest for under $60?

  5. Whatever you pick, avoid KWorld. I had 2 bad cards (died within 6 months). They ignore emails and phone calls.

I am now using ATI AIW. My friend has TV Wonder.

Look on eBay ... 7500, 7200, 7000, 8500, VE, etc ... just find one in that price range (be sure it comes complete with the purple breakout box, not just a "card only" auction ... or buy card and purple box from another $10 auction)

Search "ATI AIW" or "ATI all wonder"

  7. I got my Pinnacle PCTV Pro for $29 (after rebate) at CompUSA. Keep checking them for sales.

I have the Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP Expert and have been very pleased with it. For a inexpensive TV Tuner it has been a great investment for $45 dollars. I don't capture video with it but I use it as a PVR and it meets all my needs.
