How do I get a little picture where my name is when I post ?

Click the "Profile" link at the top of the forum pages and look for the following section.

Displays a small graphic image below your details in posts. Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 80 pixels, a height no greater than 80 pixels and a file size no more than 6kB

There's an upload box next to it and if your picture meets the above criteria it will be accepted by the system and will display on all your posts.
