    I got the latest (divx codecs and K-lite codecs pack)
    can i play DivX MP3 Muxed avi movies?

    I couldn't play a movie file encoded with divx mp3 muxed avi...
    though the movie's only half-complete but i should be able to preview using VLC which I can't...
    I suspect my copy may be faulty though sources tell me the avi movie is vaild.
    like to know if there's any special decoders for divx mp3 muxed avi

    Only half complete? I suspect that this is your problem. As long as you have Divx installed the movie should play fine. Faulty source indeed.
