  1. hi guys this is the situation:
    i have a mpge2 video file, a mpeg2 audio file and a idx/sub subtitle file
    i would like to multiplex this three to create a vob file
    do have i to convert the idx/sub file to sup? how??

    If you use VirtuaL Dub and frameserve TMPGEnc, you can use your VobSub Sub/idx files.

    Well, if the source material is VobSub, I see no reason to take a detour via a srt file... But a correction is in place nevertheless: - it's not sub2sup, it's subtosup! Found at Doom9.

    VobSub can rip subs from a DVD (to .idx/.sub), and those can be converted to .sup that can be used by IfoEdit as selectable sub.
    The question was
    do have i to convert the idx/sub file to sup? how??
    and the answer Yes, using subtosup.
