Just recently I removed my D: drive (dvd-rom) and moved my E: drive (LiteOn 851s burner) to make it the primary drive. Therefore, I set the jumper on the back of the drive to CS (cable select). After setting the BIOS to the correct settings, I rebooted and tried to back-up a DVD using DVD Shrink 3.1.2. After DVD Shrink anaylyzed the DVD and was ready to back up, at 3% I encountered an error stating:

Copy Protection Error
The request could not be preformed because of an I/O Device Error.
