Can anyone help a newbie. After captured video w/audio I edited
volume in SF 6.0. When I saved it recompressed my video from
3.2mps to 23mps. What am I doing wrong. My only work around
was to save a separate wav. and syc it in Premiere. Sorry to be
stupid but still new.

Because you're probably still saving it as DV which will attribute the standard bitrates to audio and video irrespective of what you do to it.
