I found out why I could not create .bin and cue files automatically. It appears if the folder name you are trying to save the files to has a space in the name bin and cue files don't get created.
For example, I have a directory called "ice man" and get this end result:
/Volumes/Extra/ice: No such file or directory
ls: man/movie-*: No such file or directory
I get my m1v, mp2 and .mpg files but no bin cue files
If I rename the directory to "iceman" I get this instead, a succesful encoding with all the above files and the bin and cue files.
(Super) VideoCD xml description created successfully as `/Volumes/Extra/iceman/movie-1.mpg.xml'
Just an FYI.
