LOL, yea, out of the 5 biggies, 4 of them are 10 min away and the 5th..STAPLES is about 25 min away, go figure! Ill be there Sunday Morning though. I believe they also have a 160gb HD on sale too. may look into that. Gonna get me some good junk for valentines day and the ole lady will have to wait til next year!

Are we finally seeing the prices for DVD’s drop below a $1? That’s the first time I’ve seen TDK’s for less then $1 with out some sort of rebate. I have a NEC 1300a and I have always had my best burns with TDK’s. And I know that TDK doesn’t make them there’re repacked.

Ive read in other forums that TDK spindles have gone to other than Ricoh, but the ones in jewl cases should still be Ricoh. This is a VERY VERY good deal for TDK. Less than .80 a disc ina jewel is darn good.

On another note regarding that i o magic 8x burner, Ive read the reviews here and it seems spotty. never know who to trust when they say its good or those that say its bad. I know its a re badged something, depending on the manuf. Anyone have this burner and knows their stuff, maybe give me a yea or nay on this. Wanna get one for the son-in-law. Actually for me, he can have my 300i(in case ur reading this Joe)

I just went to staples, and their system still has listed for $24 a ten pack. I showed them the webpage, and they said they would need to wait till the system was updated.

Anyone having any luck buying these?

go to the manager next time and (s)he will make the "necessary" adjustment(s). if you printed out the webpage management cannot refute that. so what if their database shows the original price...their problem, not the customer's.
