I am able to capture (ATI TV Wonder VE) through VirtualDub using the coaxial cable input. I connected the "audio out" on the capture card to the "line-in" on the audio card (as the ATI owners manual outlined). I select "Video Tuner" as my source in VirtualDub. I can successfully capture an AVI (video and audio) with minimal dropped frames. But when I try and capture another AVI, there's no audio. So I try to capture with ATI's multimedia center and the same thing happens (no audio). I open the AVI (the second one) and play it with Windows Media Player (ver. 8.0) and the video plays with no audio. I checked all my volume settings and they are the same I used to capture the first AVI (which has video and audio). Has this happened to anyone else??? Please help...I'm sick and tired of rebooting everytime I want to capture more than one AVI.
