HI i'm trying to convert a divx video 640x480 resolution into DVD with TMGPE... after i burnt the video and watch on the TV, the resolution as been cut off. Is there a way to fix this problem or program that i can use to change the resolution of the divx file?

You'l have to be moe specific as I do not understand your definition of "cut off".
Is it a little bit all around the edges or 50% or more of the picture? -
Thats called overscan and every CRT TV does this, I'm not sure if LCD or PLASMA tv's do it because they don't rely on a tube to display the image.
The only reason you've noticed it probably, is because you ripped a DVD or captured a TV show at 640x480 (or whatever) and the program you used either shrunk the image or cut out the overscan areas. Now when you played the video back on your tv, more of the picture was cut of because it was stretched to fill your screen.
Did that make sense to you? I hope so...
