    Help

I have used VCDGear to convert to .bin files to Mpg and both work correctly.

I have used TMPGenc to convert the first Mpg to adjust for screen size etc and that worked great and have the moded Mpg.

When I came to do the second Mpg TMPGenc will not load it up saying its invalid or not supported.

    WHY?

I can watch the file and it plays normally. Is there any software out there that can tell me whats wrong? Is there another way of converting the .bin file?

The topmost error sounds like your one.

Well spin my nipple nut and send me to Alaska. I'll give TMPGenc Plus a go.

    Thanks

Just confused the hell out of me when it encoded cd1 but not 2.

Nope Didn't work still the same message.

The only way I can get the file to load up is to de-multiplex it, but then I have a audio sync problem.

Tried ripping the Audio with Vdub and the audio sync is better but it is still out.

Mmm... Sorry mate. Stumped - We're now heading outside of my (limited) knowledge and experience.

It could be your source file.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Good luck...

Not that I like to admit defeat but I think I'll just create a VCD this time from the bins.

    Hi MarkJL,

I know your problem's with TMPGEnc and the second file, but (for making (S)VCD's) check out VCDEasy too. I've not used VCDGear, so can't compare.

    Good luck.
