    a friend of mine asked me to download him a few songs and as its not really my type of music is there any programs that will tell me if the file is Compleat and not stuffed as it seams about 1 out of ten I download has a problem and I don't want to have to sit through 50 dance songs

    As for the question itself, it was best not asked. ...
    A solution though : Burn the MP3 to a CD and make it your "friends problem."
