KProbe for use with other burners than Lite-On

Just wondering if there will be some version of KProbe that will work with other burners like Pioneer, Sony and Plextor....

Or is there another program that will give me the same info about DVD-Rs?

Haven't heard of any such possiblity for K-probe over at cdfreaks. They use it quite often in their media tests.

I wish there was a similar testing tool that would work for other drives, but don't know of any. You can use dvdinfopro for testing, and nero's dvdspeed and cdspeed, but they don't give P1 and P0 error scores.

Thank Yuo, Kerry56....I do use both those tools on a regular basis but it eas the P1 and P0 error test that seamd to be the thing I was most interesed in...

So we will just keep on wishing and hoping santa brings it this x-mas.
