If I wanted to record in pretty high quality before turning a 21 minute file into about 200MB (give or take 20MB), and I wanted to use Vdub (or possibly Vdub Mod) to remove commercials, what settings would I want for the Record, Recompress, and Audio?

(Please note that the dots were used for spacing, not to indicate any correlations between the Audio/Video codecs)

    Thanks.
