Process done in 2 second but nothing

FFMPEG did work great on 10.2.8 , i install all the file on another harddrive with 10.3.1 , and encode a big file, the process take 2 seconds to be done but no file was create....

I've tried to encode 4Gb et 5Gb files with mpeg4 mencoder and it doesn't work. But it work with mpeg4 ffmpeg....
??
