To Hack Pay TV

Hi,
I am planning to buy a tv-tuner card this week and also interested in watching the pay channel on my pc... i am quiet new in this field... what kind of tv-tuner card should i buy to hack these signals and see pay tv for free..and how to break the codes...where to see details and what to download...when I search I get lot of details difficult for me to understand... I think this may be off the topic for this site but still related to video...please pass your tips and guidance on this regard..i am staying in Europe and interested in watching some asian channels...

i dont know which card can do that i always thought that any card that can recive these signals can be used because the decrypting is done by software

im sure you can find the software at some warez site just try searching pc cable tv descrambler or something of that nature
when i studied comunications in school i was into reading about that kind of stuff and came across some websites that sold those programs between 15-40$ -- they were sites that talked about modulation schemes (it was a part of my class)

i never bought the software i dont even have a capture card so i dont know if its for real and this was a few years ago so they may have something new now

--- but keep in mind this kind of stuff is not leagal and you could be fined bigg bucks if you get caught
