Maybe someone can help. I was using After Effects with no problem. I then go to move the cursor across the timeline and an error pops up.
This is the message

Then below this message

What's this?

Then when I close the program because it won't let me do anything this message pops up.
" After Effects: disposing non-empty cache"

what the hell?
