VCD help

Hi there,
I was just wondering if anyone can help me. Basically i downlaoded some rar files from a bit T site, and im looking to burn it to make a VCD. When i unrarde the file it came up with the usual files you get in a VCD. But I'm trying to burn it so it is a VCD.(does this make sense?)

this is what i get when i unrar the folder. When i go to nero i usually drag a MPEG file over and it create these files automatically.But I dont know how to burn it if its already in a VCD format.I've tried draggin all those files over to make a data D but when i played it in my DVD it told me it cant read the media.

Can someone help me.

I've noticed the gif file is a bit dodgy. Could you copy it and paste it in ur browser. I dont know why it dont work when you click on it direct.
