Stick to 5.0 (joking).
I've been having a lot of problems with the transitions for 6.0. So far no one has stepped forward with any guide as to HOW to get it to do what you want it to!
5.0 is way easier... I'm thinking that I may have some setting not configured properly or something.. hm.
I just hope 6.0 project files are compatible with Premiere 5.0.
Anyway, a tip that some of you might like to know is if you have Adobe Photoshop, you can actually COPY the Photoshop plugins into the Premiere plugins folder, and you can use about 70% of them. It's really neat, because now you have a whole set of new plugins.
P.S. -- I hate Premiere 6.0
Daah!!

I agree, I recently upgraded to Premiere 6 and have had nothing but problems with audio syncing and problems that TMPGEnc won't read the output file etc.
I am back with 5.1c now and I think it is far better.
