    I have some MPG files that are too big for a CD-R. They're about 750-800mb. What program do I need to use to re-encode or shrink them.

    even if the mpg files are 750-800 MB, u can still fit them if u burn a VCD which is in MODE2 (~802MB on a 80 min CD-R)...
