I´m looking for all hardware Encoder to convert my MiniDV File (from my Camcorder) witch are stored on my PC to MPEG2-Files.
It should be a PCI-Board and cost less than 300 €.
I found a board on www.vidac.de but it has unwanted additional Analog-Video-in port for capturing.
