Here is what I sent to Nero tech support after they inquired about how the Nero Vision 2.0.1.9 update worked:

Thanks for the v2.0.1.9 update. I am now able to create a disc image on the hard drive even if Vision thinks the project size is too large to fit on a cd-r.

That allowed me to use the great features that Vision has. However, the SVCD I created was of no use after Vision "transcoded" my project. It took my perfectly compliant mpeg2 file of 745mb and reduced it to a 265mb .nrg file. I used Nero Burning Rom, as usual, to burn the image on a cd-r.

The video was jerky and the audio was out of synch by 5 or 6 seconds. My 745mb mpeg2 file worked perfectly when I burned it on a cd-r with Nero Burning Rom as a SVCD.

When I compare Vision to Ulead's Movie Factory, I see that Vision has a lot more to offer. However, Vision's features are not useable because of its transcoding process which ruins the project. Vision needs to simply insert the menus and chapters into a copy of the original project file, not transcode everything.

I hope these comments help you in making an update for Vision that makes it the best product in its class.
I said I'll be done in a minute. I meant a Microsoft minute.
