    I downloaded this movie and want to convert to vcd but when i try to convert it with tmpgenc a pop up says "The error occured when ACM was initialized"

    What the hell does that mean??!!??!!

    Any help would be appreciated...the file title is:

    The.Hulk.(2003).DVDRip.XviD.AC3-ZERO.CD1
    The.Hulk.(2003).DVDRip.XviD.AC3-ZERO.CD2

    I think the ZERO means there is no valid data in the file.

    Load the file in virtualdub. You will get an error message. Post the message here and see what happens. In the mean time can you played the file on your pc?
