  1. I have a project coming up that I need unbranded media. I have heard good things about ritek media. I need DVD+r for the Verbatim burner I'll be using. I found this place:
    http://www.snarfo.com/ridvdplusr24detail50.aspx
Anyone have experience with this company?
And is this a good deal for Ritek dvd+r?
    Thanks

  2. You can get for the same price here:

I have ordered several spindles from them and never had a problem. They ship right away and have free shipping on most

  3. Bummer!
They charge sales tax (I'm in california)
But since you say you have had no problems I might go with them.
    Thanks ^_^

  4. Yeah, but you get it fast. Like 2-3 days after you order it.

  5. The other place is probably okay too, I have only had one bad expierience ordering online, from yesbuy.net. and I have ordered from 100 or more different places over the years.

Never ever buy from yesbuy.net, unless you don't mind dozens of unanswered emails asking why you haven't received the order you placed weeks ago; Finally having to complain to yahoo to get the problem taken care of....

If you are talking about 4x media, you are fooling yourself. But high quality 1x-2x media can be purchased for as low as $70 for 100 pack. You can get even lower in price...but now were talking brands such as Princo....which wouldn't be advisable.

I've purchased from snarfo.com before and they've been pretty good. I live in Hawaii, so the shipping was the best part.

For high quality 2.4x dvd+r media (not Princo), I don't think that I've seen anywhere that has it for $100/100 pack (for now).. maybe it a few months......

  11. the cheapest I know about dvd+r media would be the brand called "arita" which is made by ritek and they are avail at

    www.meritline.com
    www.shop4tech.com
    www.supermediastore.com

they run about $1.25 and up plus shipping, make sure you compare them around first sometime they would have some good deal.

    good luck

Yes. +R and +RW is more expensive than -R and -RW, and most +R media is sold in stores, not online.

I didn't realize initially you were just referring to "+R" media. Actually, check this link out at "YESBUY"...these are very inexpensive DVD+R's @4x for about $88 or so. That's less then $1.00 a piece...they are sold under the name of "SKY" but I have no clue who manufactuer's them. If you want inexpensive +R media..this is probably your absolute best shot at it.

If you purchase it...please update the post with your results.

  14. I just bought 50 +R Arita's, isn't kindof a disadvantage that the data label isn't sandwiched between 2 pieces of plastic like names brands such a verbatim, memorex, fuji and even khypermeida?
