    COULD YOU TELL ME IF THIS COULD DONE COULD YOU CONVERT AC3
    TO WAV OR MP3 THEN COULD COVERT BACK TO AC3

    Yes you can but as the other guy said why would you want to and you know you'd really lose a lot of quality AC3 is a compressed audio file then you'd uncompress it to wav but it would still have quality loss and even worse to mp3 and then back to ac3 even more quality loss that's just dumb......
