Nero 6 Express problems can't switch to Nero burning rom

As teh topic says I purchased Nero 6 suite on Ebay and I have installed the software.

I understand that to switch from Express to Burinign rom you click on a particular Icon. But when I click on this it just comes up with the Nero web site address.

Any ideas?????

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling. You may have to clean the registry for entry's from Nero.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall. Thsi did not make a difference.

Also I downloaded the latest upgrade but thsi didn't let me access either.

If it makes any difference it is an OEM version?

I don't know about version 6, but I am pretty sure that in version 5 Nero Express and the burning ROM were sold seperately. If you bought the ROM, you could use either, but if you bought express which was cheeper, you could not use the added functions in the ROM.

Maybe you bought the Express version? Like I said, I do not know how Nero is hadling version 6
