First off read the rules on this site. You shouldn't be talking about or have posted a title referring to downloaded movies. We all know where you most likely got them from. You will find no good results from what you are doing. Take my advice and move on to obtaining your movies another way. Sorry but that's just how it is.

  3. assuming these movies are perfectly legal forms of entertainment from a wholesome website, you could try the MP43 and DivX codecs, both of which can be found on www.google.com

Its not like i m talking about any COPYRIGHT movies? Geez, like i m that stupid...., i am talking about home car videos.... that aren t copyrighted in any way. Downloading movies that are copyrighted is illegal and therefore i don t do it...nor should anyone. I mean hey, movies are cheap to go to at the theater, most everyone can afford to go to a few a week.... its not liek they are screwing us at the box office

Sorry, but you posted the term "downloaded Movies" not downloaded car videos. Next time post what you mean and maybe you won't get that answer. I see more and more, "Need help with downloaded movie" questions each week. Wether it's a movie or a car video, if you have downloaded it from a download client, there is no way of knowing wether the source file was or was not corrupt to begin with. A car video is not a movie, but rather a video clip. Good luck in making the green thingy stuff go away!

The geen screen is mostly from XviDs.
    Get the latest XviD codec.
    Get FFDSHOW.
If that doesn't help, get the fourCC changer, and change XVID to DIVX in your offending AVIs.
