  1. HELP! There are a couple of posts pending an answer on how to convert PAL to NTSC. Anyone? Thanks

    Try using TMPGEnc its a good program that should allow you to convert frm one format to another. There may be slight encoding problems with the film though.

    To find out about the screen sizes and refresh rates (25 for PAL, 30 for NTSC) look at the WHAT IS section and select what you want to create. i.e for A VCD choose VCD::

    Best thing is to Download the freeware version (does have slight limitations) of TMPGEnc and use that.

  3. Thank you for the reply Phunkie Munky. I tried searching for which I found Virtual Dub and VcdGear, I've also tried TMPGEnc. None work. It's ok though, I'm going to take the player back now and get one that will play everything. I'm looking at an APEX from CC I suppose.
