    I've a 2disks SVCD without subs, and now i want put subs...

    how to do it.... please

    First rip the svcd's back to 'normal' MPeG-2 (use latest VCDwizard 2.7.0.0 or VCDxRip by HvR) then do as usual to add subtitle to the mpeg's. There should be plenty soft available to do so, afterwards recreate new svcd's with the modified/new mpeg's.

    But, what soft?!
    Virtualdub dont open my mpg, tmpegenc neither... : (

    and the mpg aspect is a square 480*480....
