Hi, I just have a question, I am capturing with my wintv go into huffy compression with Virtualdub at 640x480 and would like to convert it to DivX 5 afterwards.
The problem is when I convert the captured avi to divx, VirtualDub only lets me use the 1 pass method on the captured avi, but I prefer using the multipass as it gives me better quality on the faster moving scenes.
So I just want to know is it possible to use multipass?
Or even better yet, please tell me the best method to convert my huffy avi captured movies to divx 5 and maitain the best quality? Thank you

If you check the post times, you will see that I posted in the capture forum first, then realizing this is a conversion question and not a capture question, I did not think anyone in the capture forum would be able to help me out. So I posted the question in the "conversion" forum instead.
I'm sorry for anyone who had to read this question twice, as that is all I have posted it, I think it's a pretty legit question and am definitely not spamming the site. -
The way it works is most members who are here to help search for all unanswered posts, along with other options. So when we do, regardless of where you post, if it is the same question, It will show as hits. But I do hope the moderators accept your apology, as long as it was an honest mistake.
