Active Topics Do Not Automatically Update

I've notiuced that when I arrive at the forum, then immediately hit refresh a bunch more active topics will pop up, sometimes like 20 or more. I doubt there can be 20 instantaneous new posts from the millisecond it takes me to hit refresh so I suspect the topic list is not automatically updating itself when you visit the site.

I notice too if I come to vcdhelp, then navigate away for a few minutes, then come back, it doesn't update either. Have to do a manual refresh again to get latest posts.

Just thought I would point this out. Otherwise, forum is awesome.

It's probably your browser cache, works fine for me.
