    Agree, NERO !
The latest NERO has mpeg1 encoder and optional mpeg2 built-in.

CDRWin. I make an image using TSCV and then burn with CDRWin. I have never made a coaster.

I agree with lemmy, VCDImager and CDRWIN.
    Menus, chapters, no FF/REW problems.

  8. Nero 5.5

Lately i've been using Ulead's plug in on MSP6.5, it is easy, it has background templates and you can also put an introduction video.

Here is a list of good and bad features with Uleads plug in:
    - You can't put more than one file
    - With one mpeg file you create thumbnails by selecting the specific time where to create them.
    - You can't use a picture for background on the menu
    - Nice templates for different ocassions
    - You have to go back to the menu to skip to the next "chapter" or part on the video

I still have mixed feeling about it. So I still vote for Nero

  10. As long as you a doing a simple VCD (e.g., simple multitrack) Nero is fine.

However, the implementation of menus in Nero is very poor (not to mention buggy).

  11. well for overburning which I do all the time with the 99min. CD-R's I only use NERO 5.535, anything else, even by NERO is buggy.
