Ulead DVD MovieFactory 6 Plus can burn BluRay, but since I don't have a BluRay player, Ihave no way to test this. I can tell you that this program can also burn HD DVD and for HD DVD, it will re-encode your video if it's not MPEG-2, so expect similar limitations for BluRay. I doubt that Nero is much better though. I would be really surprised if Nero could accept VC-1 or H.264 input for BluRay, but I don't know.

Scenarist can also burn BluRay but it costs a fortune and is not at all easy to use. Clever people can sometimes find Scenarist through alternate distribution channels to cut costs, but that doesn't mean you'll get any docs or know how to use it.

The disk needs to be burned as a DVD-ROM with UDF 2.5 for it to work. Nero is the only burning s/w I know that supports that. There may be other's I don't know about. You can also create an ISO image with nero and burn that image with something else like ImageBurn.
Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........

Good point. Ulead indeed does generate UDF 2.5 ISO images for HD DVD discs. I would assume it does so for BluRay, but again, I have no way to test this.
