problem adding subs with dvd2svcd.

I got everything done and i followed the guide but after i selected the finished sub and the movie i wanted it told me to go to conversion and click on "GO" to start the conversion. but the go icon is unclickable and gray please help.

ok i found out that i wasn't using the right subs but after i did it previews just fine in virtual dub with the subs in....but when i go to encode it still gives me the same error ....divided by 0.
