.MOV to MPEG1?

First, is this possible? If it is, i try yo encode a certain .MOV file that i want to watch as a VCD on my DVD player. When i hit "encode" the terminal comes up and says: Last login: Wed Jul 16 13:37:36 on ttyp2

It seems to me that you forgot to install the other components that are not included in ffmpegx...

run the "ffmpegx engine installer" and download/install the pieces of software mentioned in the window (URLs are there too)

After that you should be good to go.
