Hey guys,,,, i hope you can help me out. My band has begun getting really big here in Boston and i promised the fans that the video from our show would be on our website www.godfearingman.com asap. I am semi advanced with conversion and dvd burning etc. .. but here is the dilema
The video recording from our show is pretty great, but the audio is awful... Luckily, i got a soundboard recording which i have already put onto the computer. I have also added the video to the computer and stripped out the video files audio. I want to take the soundboard recording from our show and align it with the video footage. Is there a simple way to do this ? What programs will allow me to align it.. any suggestions ?

make sure your new audio starts exackly were the one in the video does if its an avi load into virtual dub under audio select wav then select your audio file (wav i hope) then select under video direct stream copy then save the new video.the newest version of virtual dub has extra audio tools.there are several ways to do this.in virtual dub you can play with the audio start settings and frame rate to sync audio.
