    Hi all i just bought an apex 500w. I need help on how to find out my firmware ( is there a way without opening as i read)so that i can apply macrovision... which i need help on doing. Can someoe please let me know how to do both. I just need macrovision off. not region. I dont need to play them. I got the hack for it off but i can figure out what to do since its only a bin, and no cue. anyway thanks
