Pinnacle Studio deluxe Title Deko problem

Does anyone know why Studio stops rendering and shows the title deko box? The program will not continue and has to be restarted, losing the previous work..
I captured the video using synalyzer Live ( no problems) edited the video using the studio deluxe programme and added fades and transistions as normal. Is this just the Stdio programme playing up again> is there a better programme out there without costing the earth..

Are you using a menu? If so, remove the menu. Render your project to avi with DVD specifications and close your project. Re-open the project avi you just rendered and reinsert it into the timeline. Add your menu and chapter points and whatever else you want. Then go directly to make disk and choose make disk. Studio will do the rest.
