    Hi. Help from anyone who knows Pinnacle Studio 11 is apprciated. I have a video I need to crop. Tried to do so using crop tool within the PIP tools. When I go to make movie, all I get is green screen. Live chat help at Pinnacle had me update my video card driver. Did that. Then they had me download and install the 11.1 patch. Did that. Still have the green screen when I try to make movie, and that is all that shows up. Ideas? Thank you. Mike.

    What is your source? Post a GSpot ot MediaInfo screen dump. You probably have need an updated video decoder.
