hello,
i created a wmv file using windows movie maker 2. it has a resolution of 640x480 & 29 or 30 frames per sec.
i converted the wmv file, using Tmpge (latest version) to SVCD format.
my problem is that the picture is now 480X480 resolution "the picture has shrunk."
how do i keep the original 640X480 resolution when i convert to svcd?
thanks.

You can't. That's one of the parameters that make a mpeg suitable as material for a SVCD - it's 480x480 (NTSC) or 480*576 (PAL). No CD / DVD format is 640X480. If your aspect ratio is set up properly when encoding,(4:3 in this case) your TV will display it in it's correct proportions.
