    does any1 no any similar program 2 tv tool ? it must have da option of outputting da signal as pal or ntsc

    tvcc 2000 is like tv tool, but its really not an alternative. tvcc is for chrontel tv encoder chips and tv tool is for the bt869 chip and i think the new CX25870/1 geforce 3 chip.
