I hope somebody recognize my problem

i've got me some svcd's but i can't get the sub in sync i trie'd subsync and time adjuster. If i use this programs with a div-x movie it is no prob.

When i run the programs to sync. they are sync for the first minute but than the movie is running slower than the sub. so i looked at the framerate but for the svcd as the sub they're both the same.

well i don't now what is the problem so if anny one can help me ??
