I want to create a dvd mpg file using an avi and cce to encode it. I have heard that the mb1 matrix is best for dv material. After I am done encoding with cce I know I need to use restream to reset the tff flag. I see that restream has the ability to set matrixes in the program. Do I need to do anything in restream with the matrixes after I use the mb1 matrix in CCE.
