    But they are the LD, not Sony as they were previously:

    Hi Vin
    We just pulled a random sample from the shipment to check the ADVD
    info. It shows up as LD. We do not know why the factory sent us product from the Sony stamper line the last time around.

    Rats, I was hoping these were Sonys, I need to find a sub-$1 quality disk.

    From Rima themselves. I requested a sample to test and verify that it was of the same manufacture as a sample (which was a Sony) I had gotten before they ran out. That is the pertinent part of the email I got back from them.
