I am creating a video file, sort of a trailer for a movie with several scenes put together. I used MovieXOne to put the clips together, with a few visula effects and fades between scenes. I de-multiplexed the video using TMPGenc, and now I want to put a new audio (music clips) to the audio. The desired audio clip is too short and therefore only 1/2 the video has sound. What simple tools can I use to make the audio "repeat" itself to the length of the video, or else "splice" together several audio clips to make one the length of the video? I am not too worried right not about synchronising the audio/video, just making sure all of the video has audio along with it...

or does TMPGenc or MovieXOne have this ability?

I think you can just drag either a copy of the first audio file, or a new audio file, into the audio track of MovieXone, and just place it after the first audio track.
