    ive done a search on a couple of forums and cant seem to find anything for the pc. Mac has Imovie 2.
    Is there any programs that can capture or (edit and save) in reverse motion from an mpeg file. i want to reverse the film.

    Avisynth has a 'reverse' filter that you could try.

    Some of my video hardware can play in reverse.

    it is simple in vegas to reverse clips .. im sure other NLE's can do it also
