I plunged in and got a capture card!
There are so many variations I know but just one will do for me. Is the following right, if not correct me please.
Capture with DC10+ at 640x480 at 3000kbs 29.92fps
Resize with TMPGE to 352x240 and non-interlace leave aspect ratio at 1:1VGA
Convert using Nero to CD.
Is there a diffrent formula for playing on NTSC or Pal. Could this be simply by selecting it from aspect ratio line?
In the advanced tab, theres a source box, do I need to do anything here?
Also my windows media player 7 only plays the sound no video when I converted it to mpeg. Have I set it all wrong?
