    A friend of mine wants to convert an analog casette tape to mp3's, and has asked for my help. I have no clue how to do it, and would apreciate some help. My friend has a PC, so I could do it on that as well, so if anyone knows how to do this, please tell me.

    Plug your tape recorder to the audio input port of your Mac and use some audio recording software to capture the audio (there are free ones like Audio In). Then open the file in iTunes and use the "Convert to MP3" menu option.
