    Peace to all,

    1. What is the best fps (frame rate per second) for VCD?
    I've tried to put the standard motion-picture rate which is 24 fps, but the movie seems running faster than in its swf format.

    2. What is the best dimension for my VCD when we set in Flash?

    1.29.97fps(NTSC)or 25fps(PAL)TV;30fps PC
    2.if the VCD is to be viewed on TV then 352x240(288 PAL),if it's to be viewed on PC then 4:3(320x240,640x480,800x600) would look better and it is a XVCD.
