after the capturing(İ USE VİRTUALDUB)AND converting it into mpeg(by means of TMPGenc)i get a movie which has all scenes that seems u looking them behind a glass that is dirty. But this dirtness is homogeneusly distributed.

does tmpgenc or virtualdub has any filter to prevent this?
or how i can overcome.. thanks
